Mystic Village Opens It’s Doors
Introducing Mystic Village…
A Sanctuary for Healing, Movement, and Connection
My dear friend Holly has just opened Mystic Village, a yoga and wellness sanctuary born from years of personal growth, spiritual exploration, and a deep desire to be of service to others.
It took a year and a half to build Mystic Village — not just the space, but the vision. During that time, Holly carefully shaped the values of the studio: generosity, healing, and integrity. It’s more than just a place to practice yoga — it’s a space to process, to transform, and to connect. Mystic Village hosts regular charity fundraisers, and a portion of its profits goes directly to local organizations that serve the community.
The studio’s philosophy is grounded and embodied. Yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices are at the heart of the offering, woven together with gentler modalities that support reflection and integration. It’s a holistic approach that meets people where they are — whether they’re just beginning their wellness journey or continuing decades of inner work.
Holly’s path to creating this space is deeply personal. Her healing journey began in childhood and continued through a life of contrast — from growing up in a home filled with both pain and spiritual awakening, to working as a fashion stylist in New York and Hong Kong, to eventually finding herself through yoga teacher training in India and co-founding Bodhi Tree Yoga in Thailand. It was in Pai that she discovered breathwork — a practice that helped her transform long-held anger and grief into compassion, clarity, and joy.
Mystic Village is a tribute to that journey — and to the strength and love of Holly’s family, especially her mother. Healing generational trauma is no small feat, and it’s at the core of what Holly brings to this new space: not just movement, but meaning. Not just classes, but community.
If you're in Pai, or looking for a place to ground, grow, and reconnect with yourself, Mystic Village is that place.
Welcome home. 🌿
